• This project will have the following areas: Chocolate Kitchen, Savory Kitchen for soups and sandwiches, baking kitchen, walk-in cooler/freezer, storage, retail space with display cases, coffee etc., and a culinary teaching area to include a stove and sink.
• The different areas are spreads out in the building on three different floors
